Born on 1992-03-25 in Williamson County, Texas, Elizabeth Dean Lail grew up in Asheboro, North Carolina. Her passion for acting ignited at the age of 14 after participating in a community theater production of Seven Brides for Seven Brothers. She graduated from Asheboro High School in 2010 and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in May 2014. In April 2021, Lail married dentist Nieku Manshadi in a private ceremony at Hasbrouck House in Stone Ridge, New York.
