Born on December 8, 1993, in Denver, Colorado, AnnaSophia is the only child of Janet, an interior designer, and David Robb, an architect. Named after her maternal great-grandmother, Anna Sophie, and her paternal grandmother, Anna Marie, she has Danish, English, Irish, Scottish, and Swedish ancestry. Raised in a devout Christian household, Robb was homeschooled and later attended Arapahoe High School, graduating in 2012. She enrolled at New York University in 2014 and completed her studies in 2018. In September 2021, she announced her engagement to Trevor Paul, and the couple married on September 10, 2022, in a ceremony in New York state.

Beyond acting, Robb has ventured into modeling and singing. She was the face of Trad Clothing in 2005, helping design and model a fashion line for girls. Her song “Keep Your Mind Wide Open,” from the Bridge to Terabithia soundtrack, charted on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2007.
