Lance Reddick

Lance Reddick (1962–2023) was an American actor known for roles in The Wire, Fringe, and the John Wick series. He passed away at 60 in March 2023.

Personal Life

Born on 1962-06-07 in Baltimore, Maryland, Reddick was the son of Dorothy Gee and Solomon Reddick. He attended Friends School of Baltimore and studied music at the Peabody Preparatory Institute. He earned a Bachelor of Music from the University of Rochester’s Eastman School of Music and later obtained a Master of Fine Arts from the Yale School of Drama in 1994. Reddick was married to Stephanie Day, and they had two children.
