Born on 1989-09-19 in Santiago, Chile, to model Rosita Parsons, Lorenza Izzo has a younger sister, Clara Lyon Parsons. At age twelve, she moved to Atlanta with her father, who was pursuing a Ph.D. at the Georgia Institute of Technology. She studied journalism at the University of the Andes in Chile and later attended the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York City. In 2014, Izzo married director Eli Roth in Zapallar, Chile; they filed for divorce in 2018, finalized in 2019. In 2023, she married writer and director Sophie Tabet.

Lorenza Izzo is known for her roles in horror films directed by Eli Roth, including The Green Inferno (2013) and Knock Knock (2015). She also appeared in Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (2019) as Francesca Capucci. In 2020, she publicly came out as pansexual during an interview with actress Emily Hampshire.
