Seth Rollins, born Colby Daniel Lopez, made his professional wrestling debut in 2005 with Scott County Wrestling (SCW). He gained prominence in Ring of Honor (ROH) as Tyler Black, where he became a one-time ROH World Champion.

Born on 1986-05-28 in Davenport, Iowa, Seth Rollins is of Armenian, German, and Irish descent. He adopted the surname Lopez from his Mexican-American stepfather. In 2019, he began dating fellow WWE wrestler Rebecca Quin, known professionally as Becky Lynch. The couple welcomed their daughter in December 2020 and married on June 29, 2021. They reside in Moline, Illinois.
